Florida Cleaning Care – Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that if a service is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, it will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Additionally, in cases of inability to access the home upon arrival or being turned away at the door, a lockout fee equivalent to the full service charge will be applied to the credit card on file.

In the event that your regular cleaning appointment coincides with a holiday, we will contact you to arrange an alternative schedule.

We do ask that you communicate your special requests – whether they are one-time or regular – directly to Florida Cleaning Care . This allows us to note this information in your file so that anyone who visits your home knows your preferences.

Florida Cleaning Care is happy to offer cleaning once a week, every other week, or once a month depending on your individual cleaning needs.

You can also request one-time cleaning service, such as for special events, moving in or out of a home, hosting a holiday, or almost any other reason. Since we work on a contract-free basis, you can update or change your cleaning frequency to fit your individual budget, schedule, and cleaning needs.

We believe that the key to ensuring you receive the cleaning you desire is to consistently assign the same team for your service.

In the event that a cleaner is unavailable during your scheduled cleaning, we make every effort to find a suitable replacement, ensuring a consistent and thorough level of quality in their work..

While tips are not obligatory, our cleaners are permitted to receive them.

Our clients have various tipping preferences; some choose to tip a small amount after each service, while others opt for a larger year-end gratuity. However, please know that any tip, regardless of the timing, is genuinely appreciated.

While we love all pets, we kindly request that you place them in a securely gated area to ensure both a thorough clean and the safety of our cleaners.

If you won’t be home during our visit, please let us know the best way to handle the cleaning with your pet around.
